MAY 28, 2009 - The Riverside County Coroner’s office reported that William Ferguson of Palm Springs died at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs as a result of injuries inflicted on the afternoon of April 6, when he was hit by an SUV at the intersection of Amado Road and Palm Canyon Drive. Ferguson, 50, was declared dead at 6:11 p.m., according to the coroner’s report. No other information was immediately available.
