JULY 6, 2009 – A collision involving a van and a city bus left 14 people injured, Montebello Police and Los Angeles County Fire department officials reported. The crash occurred at 1:22 p.m., at W. Whittier Boulevard (CA-72) and S. Concourse Avenue. At least four people suffered serious injuries. The driver of the van suffered minor injuries. Montebello Police’s traffic unit is investigating the cause of the Los Angeles bus crash.
