Jennifer L. Greene received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2003 from Arizona State University, with a major in Justice Studies.  While attending Arizona State, she worked as an intern for the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office, Juvenile Division, where she researched alternative treatment programs and acted as an advocate for juvenile offenders.

She went on to attend Whittier Law School and was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. She graduated from Whittier Law School in 2006 with a concentration in Business Law.  While at Whittier, she earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Internet Law.  Jennifer was also an active member of the Women and the Law Chapter and continues to be active in the Whittier Law School Alumni Association.

Ms. Greene joined the firm of Robinson, Calcagnie & Robinson, Inc. in 2007 and began working on cases involving products liability, primarily in the firm’s pharmaceutical litigation division.  She was heavily involved in the mass torts division, with her focus on the following litigations: NSF (nephrogenic systemic fibrosis)/gadolinium cases, Yaz/Yasmin & Ocella cases, SSRI cases, Fosamax (and other bisphosphonates) cases, DePuy ASR hip implant recall cases and Transvaginal mesh cases.

In April of 2012, Ms. Greene began work at the Law Offices of Estey & Bomberger, LLP, located in sunny San Diego, CA.  Her focus at the firm is primarily on complex products liability cases.  She is currently helping to lead the CA coordinated Skechers Toning shoes proceedings in Los Angeles Superior Court.  She also continues to work on Transvaginal mesh cases as well as Yaz/Yasmin & Ocella cases.   Additionally, she is working on the Granuflo dialysis agent cases.  Ms. Greene is passionate about these particular litigations and has spent her entire career protecting consumers from dangerous produces such as these.

Ms. Greene is admitted to the California Bar and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Central District of California.  She is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California and the Orange County Bar Association.

Ms. Greene recently became engaged and while she is not working, she enjoys traveling, water sports and spending time with friends and family.
